One Week Today

One week ago today is the day I decided to take my life back. It hasn't been easy but I have fought through the urges. I have still had sexual thoughts but absolutely no PMO. Looking forward to seeing you all again in one week to say I made it to 14. If things get rough this week I will be sure to post.

Good luck in your efforts to stop porn. Its been almost 30 days for me and each day feels better. I bet even after a week you can feel and see a difference. The longer you go the urges become less of a thing in your mind or so that was true in my case. Good luck and I wish you all the good in the world to succeed.
