Well i made it to 200. I dont count day by day, i just rely on month to month.  Nothings has really changed, morning wood happens more than is has in 6 years. But its not consistent at all Just varries. I dont have random bonners yet. I do want to have sex, but i believe i am not ready yet to tey. I am in no rush so i would like to see where i am at the 1 year mark and go from there. I eat alot healthier now and work out on a daily basis and so far have lost 35lbs in 5 months. I hope to one day be free of this curse. I will never turn back to the past. I suffered from seiver PIED i couldnt even get it up watching porn or with a woman at all. I was lifeless i hope to get past that point. Porn is bad and i wish  was never streamed online. I pray one day it is taken down for health reasons.lol any thoughts on improving myself past this 200 day mark? Any input does help.

Can you provide a timeline on your experience? Like year started watching porn / masturbating, when you noticed it was a problem, any change in sexual tastes, etc...

Started heavy. Between 18 and 19 years old. Had a good sex life before that. At 19-20 i noticed i haf problems getting aroused. I got married using the pill to have sex, but sex was still not consistent i still watched poor and pmo thru my marriage. Up till 6 months ago when my wife left me.

You must take the risk of failing again. If you do not try to have sex with girls NOW your brain will never rewiere and you will never healed.
At least go to a hooker and give it a try.

200 of NO PMO is more than enough to give it a try.

Cheers man!

I am confused on what to do or not to do. Espically with me still going thru a divorce and dont feel comfortable doing that legally married. But please keep explaining. My thing is i went 18 years no sex and was able to have sex. How is that any different than waiting a year now?

It's no different. Trust your conscience. It's from where your sense of personal integrity stems. Keep up the fight. 200 days is an inspiration!
