I started my reboot 2 weeks ago, and when i was on amy first week rebooting i was happier and i felt more succesfull.
The problem is that even non-masturbating i was everyday touching my penis and thinking sexual things. Is a fact i couldnt stop.
So, here it comes the problem. The day after a week i was alone in front of the PC and the adiction won me. I started watching porn and i couldnt stop, so i ended up maturbating and eyaculating. I felt so bad after that moment and i promised i woundt do it again, but a week after it ocurred the same.
Yesterday, i was on the bathroom and i started a hot chat that ended up with photos and i couldnt avoid masturbating. The problem is that both the last week and this, when i did relapse i did 3 masturbations per day as I used to...
Please I need help, I dont want this to happen again. I want to know how can i stop the tentation of thinking on sex or touching myself.
