Road to 90 days No P and M

Hello to everyone
I am a 25 year old man
I have been masturbating since i was 15 year old and at times i used to masturbate 4 to 5 times a day using porn. i used porn and masturbation to escape difficult situations in life and the more i masturbated I came to realize that the normal porn was not able to turn me on then i started watching hardcore porn, at first I was getting turned on by this kind of porn but later i found that my penis cannot get erect without watching porn and  i realized that I was suffering from porn induced erectile dysfunction,  and also my interest in real sex decreased, at that time i deleted all the porn from my computer and installed K9 web protection on my computer so that i can prevent myself from watching porn but that did not helped me either as i used to go without porn and masturbation for a week and later when i was alone at home I used to end up masturbating .

Another think I want to tell you guys is that I have a small penis about 4 inches in length and due to this I feel uncomfortable to talk to girls because I think I will not able to satisfy my partner ,I feel i should not have been born and feel like a freak I love women I want to marry someone who could understand me but I don?t think this can happen .

Porn and masturbation have really messed up my life and it is like a addiction that you cannot quit the more you use porn and masturbation the more gray becomes your life.

Also this addiction caused many problems with my work. i was not able to concentrate and was feeling tired and restless while working .

I started researching about how porn and masturbation can affect one?s brain and that is when I came across this website and by reading those articles and experience from the guys who took the No P and M  challenge I can surely say that it was something worth trying, so on 1 August 2014 I too undertook the No P and Mchallenge for a month and I am glad to say that I have successfully completed this challenge and want to thank each and everyone who is a part of this beautiful website .

Here is my experience of the No P and M challenge:
During the first week I was not  having any problems and everything went as planned

After completing the second week of the No P and M challenge I was feeling good about myself as this was the longest I have restrained myself from porn and masturbation

When I completed the third week I saw more and more positive effects like increased confidence, lack of depression, becoming more social, better digestion, getting sexual dreams (which were not present when I used porn and masturbation) deeper sleeps , feeling relaxed and focused

But when I completed my fourth week I was feeling the withdrawal symptoms of porn such as headaches, tiredness, unable to sleep, depression, social isolation and mood swings.

After completing the No P and M Challenge for a month now I am planning to continue it to 90 days

I have the following questions to ask you guys
1) How much time it takes to recover from the withdrawals symptoms of porn?
2) Does exercising help to speed up the reboot process?
3) Does it take more time to reboot for an overweight guy?
4) Can lifting weights, running on treadmill and doing crunches help to speed up the reboot    process?
5) Do women want to have a relationship with a guy who has a small penis (i would apperciate if
any ladies can comment on this question)

Once again I want to thank everyone at yourbrainonporn.com and rebootnation.org for those articles and also the humor section on yourbrainonporn.com, keep up the good work and
god bless you .
:)

Thank you guys for your replies and support
During the fifth and the sixth week of No P and M Challenge, I found signs of improved erectile health

Here is my experience
During the fifth week of the No P and M challenge I was not suffering from the withdrawal symptoms of porn and I had entered the flatline period  of my reboot process, at that time I was not feeling any urge to watch porn or to masturbate it felt great because now I was able to concentrate more on important things in my life and most importantly ?I was a bit surprised when one morning during sleep I found that my penis was erect not 100% hard, it was a mild erection, at that time I did not knew what had caused this but I was happy to see a erection without porn, masturbation or fantasies after a long period of time?

After completing the sixth week of the No P and M challenge, Morning wood was present almost every day , during that time I had a weird dream In which I saw myself masturbating to porn, I was afraid at that time because I thought I would relapse but fortunately it was just a dream :D But on ?on 12th September 2014 when I was sleeping I saw a dream or a kind of flashback of the porn video that I had masturbated watching it, I don?t know whether my penis was erect when I saw that flashback but I did not felt good about it, also I did not knew what had caused it because I had not watched porn, masturbated nor fantasized  about sex ?.

I have the following questions to ask you guys:
1) How long does the flatline period lasts?
2) Does Morning wood indicate speedy recovery of erectile health?
3) Are flashback of porn considered to be normal during the reboot process?
4) What are the causes of flashback of porn during sleep?

Thank you all for your support
I am looking forward to your replies
God Bless You
:)

No need to worry about satisfying a girl, you are actually lucky because 4 inches seems to be all the length you need to please a girl. 8) I'm in my 2nd week but i have most of the symptoms as you did in your 4th, i still haven't had any sexual dreams though.

1) On average 90 days.  No M, P or fantasy throughout if possible.  It's definitely worth mentioning that this is different for everyone.  The way people experience porn, addiction and reboot is different for each individual.  It could take you longer, it could be quicker, you might find you can happily M throughout the process, or you might find it impossible.  Generally I recommend pure abstinence unless it is with a partner.
2) Many people turn to exercise during a reboot and find that it helps.  I don't know if it necessarily speeds up the reboot, but it does help to fill some of the voids that porn may leave and gives you energy and something to focus your attention on.  It's never a bad idea.
3) No.  Long answer, I have no idea, but I can't possibly imagine why it would.
4) See 2.  I find things go more smoothly and I have more energy and confidence when regularly exercising.
5) Some do, some don't.  Every lady is different, some like 'em big, some like 'em small, some don't give a toss.  What's more important than all of that stuff is confidence.  If you're happy being yourself, that will come across, and it won't take long for you to find the right partner.

you should never give up easily and alway be positive,  try to exercise regularly this will improve you by time .

BTW some people takes more than 3 months to improve

Yeah... Depends on how hardcore you were addicted I suppose... I'm over 90 days now... been through another 42 before these but still I don't think I'm out of the flatline yet... Stay strong man and don't lose your faith! We'll be better and we'll get over it!

I have completed two months of the NoPMO challenge
Here is my experience

As I stated in my previous post that I have entered the flatline period of my reboot process and also had mentioned about the morning wood, well the second half of September 2014 had significant impact on my mind and body. I felt like my penis was dead also the morning wood disappeared and there was no sign of libido. During this period I was also experiencing the following symptoms such as
No sex desire
boredom
depression
Tired
Anxious
Irritability

Due to the above symptoms I was not able to concentrate on anything and I became more anti-social
I avoided going out apart from my job and when I saw a girl I felt how can I even talk to her with having this problem on back of my mind. I felt like a zombie. All these factors are making me crazy and I hope this flatline period ends quickly.

Thank you guys for your support
I have finally completed 90 days of the NoPMO Challenge
It was tough but i made it through
Here is my experience
Throughout this period i was facing a lot of problems with my emotions
There were days where i felt that there was nothing left in my life
No Ambition, No goals Nothing!!!
Also the fact that i have a small penis (about 4 inches in length)
made things worse
during this time the frequency of the morning wood decreased
everyday i had only one thing in my mind - will my porn-induced erticle dysfunction
heal
I was afraid that i will never be able to have relationship with a woman
sometimes when i was alone at home i felt like crying for what i have
done to myslef
whenever i saw a woman it would remind me of the problem i was facing (porn-induced erticle dysfunction)
I felt like there was a demon on my shoulder who sucks all the happiness from my life
still i do not understand what is happening to me as there were a few days where i was not able to sleep
properly at nights
as of now i am not facing any problems while sleeping
still i feel like my penis is dead
at first i thought that completing the 90 days NoPMO Challenge will help me to get a healthy erticle health and erections
but i think that i would take more time to fix it
so i have decided to extend my NoPMO Challenge to a year
Also one thing that i want to inform you guys is that when i was shitting
I saw a white sticky liquid coming out of my penis i checked it and i think that
it was semen as i had not masturbated for more than 2 months
So guys can you tell me is it normal to see semen discharge while shitting?

Another thing i want to ask you guys is that why i only see the reply from the time when i first posted this topic
I request all of you to please reply to my post

I hope i will see more positive effects of the NoPMO Challenge later on

May God bless all of us and give us the strength to overcome this problem

:D

Congratulations on your 90 days success! I hope this is just the beginning of a wonderful process for you.

Sometimes you will receive many replies in your journal, and other times not so much.  8)  It is not a technical problem, just the reality that there are limits to people's time and ability to contribute.
