Physical Symptoms that I was observing in myself:
1. Jerking off to porn.
2. No more sharp memory as I had.
3. No more erections naturally by just look or talking to beautiful woman/girl. (instead I force them, even with force from porn or imaginations not 100% erections)
4. Sluggishness.
5. Not very interested in actual sex with a real woman.

History:
1. Not much into porn until the age of 19-20.
2. Heavily into it by the age of 22. I am 29 now. So 7 years of heavy porn usage.
3. PM or O once almost everyday or the other day.
4. Real encounter with a woman in the age of 28. Difficulties in getting erection even if I get one then not able to keep it longer.

Progress so far:
1. Into my 10th day now. Before I started to reboot, I had few orgasms so I guess I was in a flatline to begin with. Basically no interest in porn or no feeling whatsoever-Totally NUMB.
2. On my 7th day, I had few erections in the night but erections were not very firm. But still no interest in watching porn or having MO.
3. On my 8th day, again had erection in night and had a wet dream. The next day libido was on an average but still numb downstairs.
4. Will keep posted with further progress.
5. Aim is to go with 90 day without PMO and if possible 120 days too!!!
6. One last thing, also cut down the amount of TV I used to watch and planning to start cold showers after reading in journals.

Best of luck with your reboot, i think having a wet dream so early on does suggest that you were in a flatline before day 1, i'm 14 days and no wet dreams yet  :( keep us updated 8)

So I am into more than a month to No PMO. I had some social anxiety issues earlier. Now after a month of No PMO, I experienced that for few days my anxiety levels are high. I will wake up in the morning in a soggy mood and my energy will be low through the day. I have experienced this mainly in the day time. But I read on few posts that this anxiety and no PMO recovery is non linear in nature so I am going to stick with it. I also saw one video on youtube which explains that why you feel low energy during No Fap period. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hZ5-OmLwiKs)
So we have three states of energy:
1. Hyper Mode 2. Neutral Mode 3. Low energy Mode
Due to regular fapping you mainly remain in a hyper mode and when you fap you come down to a neutral energy (comfortable) zone. After the No Fap period for a while you are steering yourself not to be in this hyper mode which drains your energy and you come to a low energy mode (lethargic feeling). (Watch video he explained it in detail) But after sometime you come to a neutral mode naturally. Lets see when it occurs for me. Also I have started taking Magnesium 300mg everyday after reading at few posts. Do reply if you have any questions or suggestions. Will keep posted.
