Hi, I am clean for over a week----no porn. Did have sex with my wife. it wasn't the best sex, on my part, but not the worst either. I feel badly for her though, as I am still dealing with premature ejaculation. This problem didn't used to plague me, but the older I have gotten, and yes, i think porn and masturbation have had negative effect on this....the more I seem to be suffering.
Anyone out there like me? What are you doing to cure it??? What are your opinions on desensitizing topical meds, and ED meds.
I took both a couple months ago, and I had sex like an 20 year old again, for what seemed like a very long time. I yearn to be able to satisfy my wife again this way, and also to feel like " I still got what it takes".
Interested in anyone who has valuable input on this.
