SO guys, i have completed 90 days. Woahhh ... time has passed so quickly. I will make this simple and short.
First lets talk about flatline. It was horrible. My penis shrank during those period. I am already an average guy so you can imagine once it shrinks it freaks you out. I haven't seen a significant improvement in size (and i never will because medically its not possible), but there is a life down there. Width has certainly increased. I guess i am in second flatline now but that's ok.
Then comes the urges. TBH i never felt urge to masturbate during times apart from one or two occasions. But yes i did masturbate once without porn because of blue balls. It was so painful that i couldnt take.
Premature ejaculation : Still suffering from it (I realized when i masturbated), however i cant be sure until i get intimate with a real woman. That's my biggest fear. Hope to overcome this problem
Morning Wood : That's the excellent part. I get morning wood 4 to 5 times per week. Sometimes its strong sometimes its average. But yes its there.
Nocturnal Emissions (Wet dreams) : Had total of 6 to 7 during this time. once after every 10 days on average. I stopped having wet dreams after i got into this porn habit.
Summary : Nofap is real. You need to stop masturbation and porn completely. If you suffer from blue balls and you cannot bear the pain i would recommend cold shower or running. PORN is out of the question. It should be completely eliminated from our life. There will be times when you will feel depressed and feel the urge to PMO but then that's the test of time. You have to be strong. I was about to relapse 3 days ago when i had a fight with my fiance. I started watching an erotic video but then all of a sudden i realized "WHAT THE FUCK I AM DOING". THERE IS NO EXCUSE AND THERE SHOULD BE NO EXCUSE TO PMO.
