Refractory period

Am 19 and only had my first sexual experience after PIED so I'm at a huge disadvantage.  Is there any chance my refractory period will return to normal or am I basically fucked for life?  (actually haven't even o'd yet but am still curious)

Honestly man, I've seen a LOT of recovery stories with complete virgins in it...so no, not at all! It's not anything fret about.
