This should be fun

Hey,

I've been whacking off to porno since about age 13, I'm 29 now so was just hitting my teenage years once high speed internet became readily available. I jacked it insanely during school and failed to lose my virginity on multiple ocassions due to ED, never linked it to porn until i read www.yourbrainonporn.com. In fact, the year I got laid the most (21) I had no internet connection in my house (what a coincidence!).

I've always noticed that when I abstain from jerking I tend to attract more women. So basically my goals are to free myself from brain fog, have more free time to get things done (I've already noticed a huge leap in productivity in just 6 days) and also radiate more masculine essence when I'm out hitting the bars.

Will keep posted

It's so true that not PMOing seems to attract women, that is probably the best motivation a man can have : ) good luck.

Looks like you have already gotten a taste of the benefits that going without PMO can give you. I too had pretty bad brain fog, which by the way got worse during the reboot for a while before it got better as my brain regained balance. However, now that I am porn free my mental clarity is at an all time best. Just be patient as it may not be a quick fix.

Guy's are at their best being productive and cultivating something, and jacking off to pixels on a screen keeps us from doing exactly that.

I'm sorry for the pain you have been through, but use it as a learning experience and let it make you a better man. You can get through this and I hope this community will give you the help, encouragement, and information you need to succeed. Hope the best for you and clearing up the brain fog.

Welcome to the Nation. Much Love

Yeah man, I think women definitely have a 6th sense for jerky boys.

I'm hoping this improves my energy levels as well, which are usually very low, despite the fact I work out HEAVILY about 6 days a week and am in pretty decent shape.

Ok so update.

My first week went well I didn't look at anything sexual on the internet and was AMAZED at how much more free time I had. I literally got 2x as much work done as I usually do, and since I'm self employed this was really great.

Then on the Sunday I was out at a pub with some friends and we ended up getting completely wasted. When I got back I didn't have the same willpower and fired up the laptop and started scrolling through escort listings. I am known to fornicate with escorts on a monthly basis and while I don't think the actual sex with them is troubling, it's more the hours spent lusting after them and planning my visits which are mangling my brain circuitry.

Anyway, while I managed to avoid whacking off that night, this unfortunately unlocked the door and I then had one of the most unproductive weeks where I hardly got anything done. I was looking at escort listings and porn every day and edging, although I avoided blasting off

Until today...

I saw an escort girl and it was fun, although I was feeling very conflicted because I didn't especially connect with her (weird because that's never been a problem before). Then I went home and fired up the porno and blasted off.

So yeah, I think alcoholic definitely got the old synaptic pathways firing again so I need to be more dilligent.

Would love to know if anyone else has tried to reboot while also having a penchant for ladies of negotiable affection? I'm not sure whether the intercourse itself is harmful but I'm sure the hours of internet browsing is.

Thanks

Have been jacking it every day again like a crackhead. Need to get back on the horse - will try again.

Note: losing money gambling is a strong trigger.
