Dreaming about porn

So I've recently been having dreams about porn type scenarios and this is following a relapse I had just a day ago. I have been going at this for about a year now and have seen little progress, which makes me think I'm doing something wrong. I still have a huge amount of anxiety going out where I feel like I'm looking at people weird. I cannot stop dreaming about porn and typically have restless nights, but still manage to wake up aroused with a semi. When I do wake up, it is one of those moments where you're only half awake. I guess I'm wondering if it is possible that during these times when I wake up, I consciously am fantasizing about porn and relapsing because of it, which causes an erection during the night. I also have not had any wet dreams before.

What do you mean by "going at this"?  Hard to know if you're asking for advice, but if so, it would be easier for people to weigh in if you were more specific.
