Getting rid of my de

Had DE problems for as long as i can remember, only recently figured out the cause, as a sexually active teen i have finally decided it is time to get enjoyment from people rather then pixels. I have a girlfriend whom i would like to have a healthy sex life with but at the moment i feel no pleasure from her efforts. After encounters with little stimulation i did research and decided to take the no fap challenge. I relapsed a few times and realised my intentions were not serious and if i am to fix my problem i must be 100% on the matter. So here i am to document each day and remind myself why having a tug isn't an option anymore.

Day 1: Did more research than previous.I made the decision to prove my self control and ability to change myself.
Day 2: Played rugby, too tired to do anything so i will resist for the rest of the day.

Welcome to the nation.

As someone who has also suffered from de (for the past 12 years and still haven't beaten it), I more than understand what you're talking about.

You will find motivation and support here. Documenting your days rebooting in a journal is a good way to start.

One advice and maybe the only one I can give you is don't edge, don't touch yourself. I am also new to rebooting, but have been struggling with DE for too long and have set my mind on resolving it or die trying.

Good luck and if there's anything I can offer to help, don't hesitate to ask ;)

Day 3: Got a mild concussion today, feeling very drowsy and confused. Urges to look at porn are apparent but i am resisting in order to satisfy my long term needs. I will sleep shortly to end the day and work closer towards the goal.
