I'd say yes to those. I believe sexual touch and intimacy with a partner is kind of what we strive for when we experience PIED.
That being said, watch out for the chaser effect ( especially the first 90 days of reboot) and be aware of triggers. I have found that without porn I was unable to actually figure out what to do in the bedroom.
