Hey, guys. I've started a new 4 month journey.
I get erections now and had sex successfully once out of 3 attempts.
Staying erect is the new challenge now. I won't give up.

That's amazing. I'm in flatline now. I'm not watching porn but I'm on kik which is almost as bad. I can get manual erections but only 80%.
I know I need to reboot. Just can't seem to keep my hands out of my pants. I want my dick back.

That's good! Are you still having difficulties to get erections?

HEY Guy 53!

I want to say congrats on trying to confront the problem. I am doing the reboot myself on day 34 of no PMO. My goal is to make it to day 140 before I attempt to have sex again. I have a boyfriend of 6 years so I am rewiring with him which helps so much. I will say that you MUST get rid of all stimulating apps and images off of your devices. These apps are strengthening the neural pathways in your brain and is detrimental to your recovery. I have covenant eyes on my devices and my 3 friends are my accountability partners so they get reports everyday of my internet activity. However, covenant eyes doesnt monitor social media apps or messages so I had to go and purify my social media. I discovered on my 3rd week of my reboot that facebook and instagram was showing images that were stimulating to me sexually. Like I wouldnt get a full on erection but I would feel this feeling in my brain and after abstaining from PMO for 2 weeks my body knew this particular feeling like i was feeling stimulated. Because literally I would feel absolutely NOTHING DOWN THERE but then I would get on facebook and instagram and I would notice I felt SOMETHING and I realized it was stimulating images even though they werent nude. This week I deactivated my facebook and instagram until my reboot is over. It is important to get rid of ALL stimulating apps including Kik, tinder etc. If it is stimulating to you get RID of it. It will make your recovery time longer.

I hope this helps! I am fighting alongside you all the way!.
