Masturbation to solve PE?

Somehow by developing ED, i developed PE as well.  Do you think masturbation (to sensation alone) would be a good way to remove some of the extra sensitivity?  I've been avoiding M completely and would like to continue doing so for a while, but if it's a good idea I may just try it.  PE is just to embarrassing when you're with someone

I have the same problem, though I'm only at 16 days no P/M when I was at about 110 no PMO I was Ming 1x per week and I still had very bad PE. Hell one time I was with a girl, kissing and fingering her I O'ed only a minute or 2 into it without even being touched lmao.

I think if you were to M and really concentrate on relaxing the pelvic floor it could help, do kegels at a 80:20 (reverse kegel : kegel) ratio and practise reverse kegels when you're Ming yourself or with a partner. Besides that further rewiring can only help.
