Hello.
Im having  Orgasm/Masturbation every 2-3 days with my GF, even through i cant get hard. is it good or will it make it worse? as I guess rewiring with a real person is much better, correct?

Why do something that doesn't work?

I don't believe in rewiring and I believe rewiring is why most guys never cure themselves. Clearly orgasms/stimulation are making you flatline. You got PIED because you overstimulated your dopamine receptors. Porn, sex, and masturbation all stimulate and raise dopamine, so stop doing them for a long period until you are back to baseline.

Im not weak, I have a GF and relationship needs satisfactions. Thats the main point why im asking it.

While it certainly helps to rewire to a real person that you have affection for, overdoing it can exhaust you. Perhaps tone it down a little? Wait until you get rock hard to do it? I think having a semi floppy cock while stuggling to jizz is a good sign tht you should take it down a notch for a while.

This guy has been on here since 2016. I really don't think sex is helping him nor do I think waiting until he has libido to have sex is going to change anything. He's just going to stay in the same cycle for years never recovering and constantly asking the same question on this forum.

Puggler I'm just trying to help you. I think the stimulation you are doing to yourself isn't helping you progress.

If you can't get fully hard, you still have a problem.

You need to give your brain time to heal.
