60 days into my Reboot. Regaining libido/morning woods slowly

I hit 60 days yesterday and I wanted to share some stuff I?ve been through and my shift in my mindset needed to start this journey.

My mindset before achieving this ?long? streak was that this nofap thing was a challenge. Was something that I wanted to achieve in order to get Y in return and I definitely think that by thinking like that I would slowly go back to old bad habits. However, I shifted my mindset into thinking that this is a lifestyle, and the only way I could get sexual stimulation was with a girl. This completely help me suppress my urges.

Regarding morning woods, they are inconsistent yet, but some had been 100% strong and some 60/70% strong.

Wet dreams: I?ve had 2. The first one was when I hit 40 or 45 days I think and was a little one. Last week I?ve had another one and it was huge, it seemed that I had urinated myself (but it was actually a wet dream). The following day I felt really tired and sleepy, it definitely affected my energy but I see it as an improvement since I?ve had really few (REALLY FEW) wet dreams In my life (19 years)

Libido/sex drive: slowly coming back to normal, I suffered from low libido all year in 2019 where I had really few sexual experiences due to this and to some sort of anxiety (definitely related to porn).

Absolutely not recovered yet but I see some improvements and I am really proud and happy of it. My goal (if I had to put one) is to reboot for 4/5 months and try slowly to return to the sexual field with more confidence.

The major improvement I?m having is I am being able to get hard (90%) just by touching myself with no visual stimulation or fantasies. It?s like my penis itself is regaining sensibility and that gives me some confidence as I start to trust him when the situation needs him 😂

Good, those are definitely improvements, I started seeing similar ones after 60 days as well. You could probably be able to have sex now just as I am, though I would still abstain for a few more months just in case. Also I would advise not touching your dick and testing erections, I know it's tempting but it can easily lead to a relapse. Half a year of hard mode and you should be good to go.
