Can a relapse erase all your progress if you suffer from pied?

Yes, if it turns into binging on porn.

I don't think it's too bad if you just slip up, masturbate, and then get back on the horse.

In my opinion, a binge would be masturbating to porn several times a day for several days.

Let's say you slipped up and masturbated to porn on Monday night. Then you do the same on Tuesday. Perhaps you can resist the urge on Wednesday, but masturbate to porn on Thursday and Friday, and so on, for me, that's a binge.

I also think that if you really have to slip up to porn it should be five minutes to get he job down and then get out of there. Obviously, this is still a relapse, but I think raising levels of dopamine for extended periods of time is the real killer.

I advise against all porn, and if possible, masturbation during the reboot process.

In my experience, when I've relapsed in the past, it meant I watched porn and masturbated for at least a week. This has really slowed the healing process for me.

I relapsed 15 days ago and it took 12 days to start to feel the effect of the flatline.
I pmod 3 times in one day and haven?t done it since.
Prior to my relapse my flaccid penis was looking thicker
and it  took till  12 days after relapse for it to shrivel back up to how it looked when I was pmon
all the time. I honestly hate myself for relapsing!
Do you think all benefits I made during those 104 days will be lost?
I thought the flatline would have kicked in the next day, not 12 days later!

The flatline can take a while to settle in. Even when you come out of a flatline you can slip back into one after masturbation without porn or even sex with a partner.

I'm not a neuroscientist, so I can't explain why. I also think it's different for everyone depending on the severity of the addiction and the kind of porn we were watching.

The first time I rebooted I was able to have sex after about 30 days. I relapsed and here I am now, 212 days in and I still haven't recovered.
