I am new to the here and honestly never thought I would be posting on one of these forums. For so many years i was in denial that i was a porn addict and it has really messed my life up. I have been suffering from PIED for round 15 years and this year i have finally started my recovery.
I have gone 48 days without porn and am ashamed to say this is the longest I have ever gone without PMO. The shame and guilt weighs heavy on me as I have watched some of the most disgusting genres of porn. I am currently in a flatline but am so much happier now I'm off porn.
I have read some of the posts and for the first time in a long time I realise I am not alone. So many guys here have had similar experiences with porn. Like so many here I plan to beat this thing and am glad to be apart of the community.
