Day 8
Yesterday's awesomeness has reversed into profound confusion and lethargy. I also have:
- a weird feeling in my head
- wired eyes
- nausea
- a bit of dizziness
- my limp dick has defo become smaller in size
- 0 libido
I used to think I had good allergies and cut out dairy and gluten but found that it didn't make a difference. Never thought that no-fapping could cause these types of withdrawal symptoms. So weird. Interested to see how these will develop after reading some anecdotes about withdrawal. Sounds like it can get pretty bad. I just hope I get some of those superpowers before it's all done. Superman cape at the ready.

Food: porridge, smoothie, g. tea

Oat cakes and houmous
