Actually, I have.
Been having intercourse since being 90 days free of PMO.
So I'm finally able to stay hard enough to penetrate. I still have work to do

I think I've had some progress. Hard to tell but it seems that way.

Hey,
It's been a while and I thought I'd post an update. I'm at my family home for the summer, it's good catching up with old pals and I'm feeling pretty positive. I've been going to the gym four times a week and that's doing wonders for my mood.
Having some morning wood and I had a wet dream last night (1st in about 1/2 months, I don't recall). Been noticing women a bit more, attracted to them and feeling a bit of a want for intimacy. I'm also having a lot of intimate dreams: sex , love etc. But when I wake up those lustful feelings quickly fade.

I masturbated last night, was very aroused for some reason. Not sure if it will affect my progress but I was keen to see if I could get an erection without visual stimuli. I didn't fantasize either.
Had a pretty good erection for the whole time and it just wouldn't go down, even when I stopped for a minute.
