Depression / Brain Fog from Withdrawal

Does anyone have any experience on for how long and how often brain fog comes and goes when you're rebooting?

Mine has been present since around 2 weeks ago (I'm 5.5 weeks into reboot with one porn-related lapse and one ejaculation with my partner present), but had started to fade over the weekend, however it seems to have returned. I think it's partly to do with my stressing over other life issues I have currently that are related to the porn use (break-up of marriage, job, etc).

Yes,, thats a thing. It goes away though. Let me ask, is it worst in the morning? It was for me, took a real long time for me to fully wake up and get going. It could last 2 weeks, sure, but dont stress over it because it will disappear naturally as you progress. It came and went for me too as i was rebooting.

Hey Fappy, thanks for the reply.

It does tend to be worse in the morning, I workout and also run but sometimes it hasn't been enough to lift it, although the endorphins do help, for sure. Today it wasn't so bad, and the last few days certainly aren't as bad as last week, when I was having cognition issues, unable to find words when I spoke, etc. I am having some stomach issues at times, just a lot of gurgling, and I also find that my head seems to go through spells where I am feeling cold sensations run through and over it, as if it's changes occurring on the actual surface of my brain. In some ways I hope it is, as it shows it's working and the reboot is changing my brain and its reward systems back to normal.
