Hello guys, i know alot of guys who watched porn more than me and masturbated to it, but never developed PIED any ideas why?
Why someone who watched alot of porn never gets PIED

Well, first you can never verify what they say. 2nd, If u asked me if I had any problem to have sex 5 yrs ago when I could "only" have a 75% erection during most of the act, couldn't orgasm in certain position, and overall a half-numb penis while using it, I would have say "no I'm perfectly fine". Not because of shame or anything, it has just been like that my whole sex life for me and it was "what's normal", I had simply no idea.
Long story short, take the subjectivity of the answer in consideration when they answer to you.
Also, I would add that I have friends with which we talk freely about that stuff and since they PMO like once every 3 to 7 days for 10-20min sessions max, they don't get any problem with their penis, they use it as a "snack", not a copying mecanism for their problems or anything of that sort (but there can be other effects on motivation, connexion during sex, etc, that they're not aware of ofc).

For the same reasons not everyone who has a can of beer becomes an alcoholic. We are all different. I have watched porn for over 35 years and never developed pied but it does not mean i was not addicted. I had the hardest time giving it up
