Hello, I guess.

I'm 25 years old porn addicted man with a 5+ years of addiction.
And, it's like there's absolutely no problems having orgasm with porn, but it's a case with a real woman :confused:.
Like ... I can get hard with a woman, but it's not sustaining for a long enought time, and it can "go to sleep" very fast.

Day 2 today, it's going good so far.
But I'm having troubles with my night sleep, it's getting kinda harder to fall asleep.
As a solution I will try to have more physical activity during the day.

Glad that you mentioned the pictures. For me, High speed internet P and pictures was also a big problem. Even worse than videos sometimes because I would scan through literally thousands of pictures in a very small time to find "the perfect one". Trained my brain in a way of thinking totally opposite to real sex.
Block out all P-content, even some things that seem relatively "innocent" can cause great harm!

Day 3 today, still having troubles with sleep.
Even with raised up physical activity, will try do more.
Try reading a book before bed too, its been proven to help people get better sleep and its worked for me multiple times

Don't let this get you too down on yourself, this effects everyone completely differently and you're just getting started. Good to see that you're doing research on how you can improve from your current state and thank you for the new information about testosterone levels.

Keep doing what you're doing and eventually the results will start looking more positive for you. Im 25 too and can relate to most of what you've posted so far, its not an easy process but its definitely worth it for the sake of your mental and physical wellbeing. I look forward to seeing how we both progress on this path to recovery

Day 5 today, working all day long, it helps.
Had some urges yesterday, but nothing special or serious.
Also, I've started going to GYM, cuz even a 1 time GYM tranining raises your testosterone up to 20%.

You see, to become a man - you must not only cut-off P-content.
You must start live like a man.
Workout, eat certain food, think as a real man 💪

Good news, this night I've had fkn morning wood, and it last 10-15 minutes 😎
Also, I've tried to watch a film before my night sleep - and it really helped, I've slept better.

The GYM.
It helps ALOT to fight against urges.
Your body becomes tired after workouts, and your muscles are aching.
No time to thing about P-content or something like that.
More of that, if you will hardly workout with your hands - then you physically will not be able to masturbate :LOL:
