If so, before I had ED, about 3 years ago when I had a girlfriend I would just think about sex and my penis would become rock hard from just the imagination, not anymore tho, now I have to touch or stroke my penis to get anything out of it. I think this is because our brains are still healing. I certainly don’t think you’re alone on this one

Hi mate, are you meaning you can just get an erection unless you’re using your hands or someone else is?
Well yeah,in almost every case I need my gf or myself to touch it or squeeze it a bit to get it going where I need it...

At the start of my reboot I couldn't get erection whatever I did with her and now I can have sex(not for too long to be honest but i guess i will also fix that with more experience),so I'm happy but I would like to have good erection without touching down there...However I'm glad that there are more people in this situation, thank you for your response wish you all the best !

Its normal to require more physical stimulation or foreplay to get aroused. I use to be able to get hard with minimum foreplay now that is no longer the case. Nothing is wrong with increasing the amount of foreplay before having sex. Women require foreplay for arousal and there is nothing wrong if men need it too. Porn gives a false picture that women or men are ready for sex at all times. There are multiple takes for porn scenes and who knows if they’re using stimulants to stay hard.

I would agree with the comment above and say that maybe you just need more healing. Also i would suggest going 3-4 weeks without an orgasm to help with the process, idk if it helps for everyone but I’m about 3 weeks in and I’ve noticed I get pretty good erections from just kissing .

I have problems getting an erection, I had a shameful case, you know what I mean, with a girl and I am afraid that it will happen again and that has blocked me. What I can do?

just give it more time. the worst thing you can do is stress over it and obsess over it. if youre afraid it will happen again, then stop. as long as youve got that fear, your willy will respond in kind.
jsut be a little more patient
