Instagram isn't a relapse in itself. But in my experience it has a lot of bad stuff on it and it's a huge trigger; there's no real way to avoid "mild" images that can lead to much worse. Also, the scrolling thru social media, for me, is triggering on its own since it makes me crave more stimulation (aka porn). I've had much better mental health since quitting social media, I just text and call my friends. Up to you, but that's my take.
