Hi All,

It's been almost 60 days since I quit porn for good. It's no been too difficult, obvious blips along the way but generally it's been ok.

I was planning to do this alone, be single and try to get the 120 days over without distraction. However, I met someone 30 days ago. We became intimate last weekend and things, as expected, failed. She was very understanding and supportive and insists that we'll get through it together. I told her everything before we became intimate so she's not hurt or offended at all. Things did start to work until the brain switched on. Even managed to get a condom on..... that's when things started to go wrong. I'm just wondering whether 55 days into my reboot was too early to attempt the rewiring process?

Not at all.

Just stay away from porn and masturbation and you'll be fine. You can have sex but avoiding or limiting orgasm with your partner may be necessary for a some time.

Did you confide the porn use, or are you keeping that on the downlow? The reason I ask, is I want to be on the up and up with the next person that enters my life, and wondering how that will go.

About 9 months into my reboot I met someone and confessed my pornography addiction and PIED. It was the best choice I've ever made! She's still my girlfriend today. I highly recommend it.
