hey all. i just want to know how you all feel when the urge is pulling you to porn and what makes it so strong that alot of us give in. for me i can definitely feel a warm/somewhat tingly sensation in the front of my brain (maybe pfc) and i also just feel like a magnetic force pulls me to my comptuer as i am saying "f it" .

My urges are really low, but when I do have them I start working out, get away from my computer and try to focus on talking with friends.
I don't discuss it with friends but it keeps my mind occupied until the urge is gone

I always tell myself, just stay strong the urge will fade away again.

The longer I go without PMO the weaker and less frequent my urges become.  It takes a lot self control but every time you resist it's a win for you.  You have to learn to distract yourself.  Put yourself in a place where you can't PMO.  I've seen your other posts and it seems like you having difficulty maintaining sobriety.  Maybe you need more help.  Try sex addicts anonymous.

Same here. Every day, I look forward to the evening just because I can tick off another day of sobriety. It's quite encouraging to see the list grow.
