First time posting and currently fighting through only a week of hard rebooting from Masturbating and Porn. I have been addicted to porn ever since I first saw it when i was a kid probably around 11 and have on a daily basis used porn to masturbate atleast 3-5 times a day. Popular porn slowly wasnt enough and had to rely on amateur porn, hentai, comics, and video games. Aside from all this my sexual arousals' with my girlfriend had never changed. I never had issues of getting hard and ive never had issues of orgasming either during sex. My reason for rebooting is that i have no self control of masturbating and watching porn and i can see that it is causing issues in my relationship, day to day life and work.
My question is, do you guys think that having sex with my girlfriend is healthy while abstaining from masturbating and Porn?
