relapsed after 65 days need support

after 65 days of no porn whatsoever I relapsed because I went to a state that I couldn't do or think about anything except porn I did not realize that I am on a 65-day streak until I relapsed, and I am now trying to get my streak back after countless relapses in the last 15 days
GUYS IS THERE ANY MEDICINE I CAN TAKE THAT WILL HELP ME IN THIS BATTLE
DOES XANAX WORKS IN SUCH SITUATIONS ???
if you read this thread let me a motivational answer, at least, but if you do know something that will affect my situation positively (medication) you should answer

First of all its normal to relapse, it has to happen, its a part of the process. Just need to learn from it.
I dont think you just suddenly fell into that state, the had to have been a trigger. Can you think of what it might have been?

Toto—don’t despair. As Fappy said, try to learn from it. and, do NOT see it as a reason to give up. you’ve already proven that you can do this. the cravings suck. They royally suck. But you’ve got this. The cravings are not forever. If you stick with a reboot plan you will have some shit days, but ultimately you can heal the damage you’ve done to your brain. Remember your Why, the reasons you’re putting yourself thru the reboot. Just a suggestion, have you looked at any web filters/blockers? alot of folks on this forum have mentioned that they help. Also, do you have someone you can call/text if the madness strikes? There is tremendous strength in numbers, and for me I realize I can’t do this alone.

do not give up, you’ve come too far to go all the way back. You’ve got this.
