yes avoid those like the plague, or a disease ridden prostitiute. they may cause a spike in dopamine, but it wont come nearly as close to the dopamine released from PMO. and because of that youll be wantng to instantly increase the dopamine to beat the measly little high the instawhores gave you, so what do you do? PMO.
so while viewing those racy iamges isnt a relapse per se, it can definately lead to a relapse because it will trigger a mild hit of dopamine.
