I am struggling with addiction to porn and sexting. I have a partner with have been together for 5 years. I have had my addiction to porn since my mid teens, it has taken me down some dark paths and badly effected my life

@Jg1985 I think the good thing is that you recognise it.
I'm struggling for a while too. The addiction did cost me already a ton of money and it affects badly my life too.

things where I started with :
What would help is taking all the bad things away from you. I installed Cold Turkey Blocker on my computers.
Reading this forum.
I buy also a book from Frank Daemon (mywealthshop). I recognise myself more and more while reading in that book.

I think there are many more advises that I'm not aware of it yet.

youll have to do a reboot, need to rewire your brain to stamp out these terrible habits. it can be done, so dont worry about wether it works or not. familiarise youself with all the info on this site, and stick around the forums .
