Penis sensitivity

Hi guys,

Im new to forum and im glad to see everyone in support of each other. I have been masturbating to p for about 5 years now and I need to break free from it. something I didnt think was going to happen was the loss of sensitivity.

I met my gf about a month ago and she tried to pleasure me. Getting erect and turned on by her actions was no problem but i couldnt get an o. will this go away with time?

Also, if someone can give me tips on how to overcome brain fog and sudden anxiety from refraining to masturbate that would be extremely appreciated.

Thank you!

Welcome to the site and good luck with your Reboot, I can only advice you on penis sensitivity as am on day 71 of my reboot. I've started getting my sensitivity back few days ago, so it might take you 2 months to get it back but people are all different it might be less for you but the good thing is just go with it and don't let any thing change your mind.

Hey friend! Yes, the delayed ejaculation you are experiencing definitely is a common symptom or pornography addiction. Those who recover always see sensitivity improvements and regain the ability to recover at there own time.

In terms of brain fog - try regular exercise and drinking more water! This helped me.
