how many days do in need to get sensitized and become in full control of myself i mean what time do i need to get cured from numb pleasure at least how many days or months? and can i get motivated

Just from reading others experiences it seems as though it varies quite a bit from person to person.  I've read that to call yourself fully "free", you need to abstain for a year.  As for becoming re-sensitized it definitely seems to vary based on how severe your personal porn usage was prior to rebooting.

What kind of post is that? You don't give any information about your current situation, your past or anything else important.
Apparently, you've been around on this forum quite a while thus you're supposed to know that there is no generally valid amount of time to recover.
As for your motivation - how should anyone among us be able to tell? We don't know you. And frankly, that question is yours to answer. You know yourself best.

90 days is a pretty good benchmark.  If you're a young guy who's been using porn for a long time it'll probably take a bit longer, but for your average guy, most of the difficult stuff is behind you by day 90.
