Hi everyone

hope everyone is pushin forward and never looking back. Just wanted to talk about withdrawal symptoms. I have just came on holiday to africa so i have no access to Porn on my phone. it has been 6days since I pmo'd which is well above my average. My emotional status has improved tremendously and got way more consistent energy. But for the last 2days my testicles have swollen up n hurt heaps. I think its called blue balling. How long do u reckon its gonna last . Cz this really hurts cant  even think straight.

The good news is withdrawal symptoms do go away.

The bad news is they can last months. And months. And months.

Physical symptoms themselves don't tend to last longer than a month or two, but emotional and mental pain can last for quite some time.
