Martin Luther said, “You cannot keep birds from flying over your head but you can keep them from building a nest in your hair.” You can't keep the Devil from suggesting thoughts, but you can choose not to dwell or act on them.
And so it is with thoughts of porn. Lusting after that beautiful girl that just walked by, checking social media or just peeking. It occurs to me that this is a deep truth. Temptations will always come. We can accept that we have them but we don/t have to dwell on them and get pulled back into porn.
