Hi,im 27m,
living the pmo lifestyle from late 2020, my longstreak was 99 days in 2020-2021 then I was stuck in a relapsed cycle sometimes reaching 40 days 30 days 14 days 3 days 8 days 10 days, in 2020 to be exact in October I had an anxiety disorder (first panic attack ) and that's why I started to think about my unhealthy habits, one of which is pemoing, online games, social media, cigarettes, coffee, staying up late and an unbalanced lifestyle.

For now I have stopped smoking, caffeine, mainstream social media and staying up late, it really affects my mental and physical health.

Some situations that might trigger me are loneliness, boredom, no daily activity schedule and being connected to the internet , this is what I have to fix.
