a 36 Years Old Man, All for my daughter

Hi everybody

I am a 36 years old married man, I have a 4 years old daughter who I love her.

During recent years, I have struggling with generalized anxiety which I did not know the source of it.
I visited psychiatric and I tried mostly SSRI's which helped me a lot.

but from psychoanalysis point of view, my doctor diagnosed me a neurosis (Nervöse ) which is differ from psychosis problems.
during psychoanalysis therapy I deeply understood the root of the problem which is in pornagraphy addiction.
I had started use it when I was 17 years old, till now, occasionally I consumed it.

By reading Gary Wilson book, I decide to join to this forum to journal my progress and actively participate here.

All for my daughter ♥️

The first week is passed.

I feel bit aware of myself, I believe that some dopamine detox has started.
I can laugh better and enjoy my time.

I feel a bit depressed but I know that it's the result of lower dopamine in my brain.

All for my daughter 💓

Journaling....

This is the second week,
During this week I somehow made two mistakes...

a day before yesterday, I watched for one min... then I went out of the room to just breath...
Today also suddenly I watched, by a trigger from youtube.... but again I stopped it at beginning...
in both cases I did nothing and I could stop it instantly.....
Now I really realize how deep is this addiction... a strong will is needed to stop it.... Saying NO is crucial
I would like to thanks myself for journaling, observing and stop it at initial stage....
hope to overcome forever

Almost third week on NO porn

It's going well.
I have problem with concentration and I know It's related to chemical mostly dopamine in my brain.
Let's get rid of unnecessary and overdose chemicals...
Journaling is good, because keep me on the track.

I have to confess, during weekend I was at office and a strong urge came to me and I broke ... :cry:

So the second try is started....
