• sleep will .
• eliminate sugar from your diet .
• add protein and cholesterol " not much " to you diet .
• keep a high level of hydration .
• lift weight "gym" if that not possible .
Do ( push ups, squads , trot ) every morning .

testosterone is literally made from fat in the body. Don't eliminate the healthy fat from your diet.
 
I'll also add: excessive stress hurts T levels. Consider taking up meditation to reduce your stress (and improve your overall wellbeing)! Sam Harris' Waking Up is a good starting point for beginners.
