Laziness and no emotions

Hi, whilst rebooting, is it normal to be extremely lazy? I used to love learning and reading, but now i feel nothing or little motivation in my heart whilst doing so, any thoughts?

Yeah it’s normal. Escpecially the first few weeks to a month. Your brain is trying to balance itself out and unfuck itself from the effects of porn abuse. It will pass though and you’ll be feeling great
