Im writing this because this is the main reason as to why im relapsing. I have no morning wood and bad ed and Im a healthy 21 year old. Had this problem since 2019. Recently I did a test to see if it's indeed organic or pied. I'm on day 10 rn. What I did was I just watched my favorite porn without pde5 inhibitors (viagra/cialis) and got a semi hard-on temporarily WITHOUT tactile stimulation(touch), which faded away a couple of minutes afterwards. On viagra, I almost always can get a full hard-on to porn scenes without touch at all, which lasts for a decent amount of time.
My question is if it's still possible that it's all just PIED and medication is just simply able to overcompensate? Do you know any other guys who were in a similar situation and recoveredfully? I don't think a lot of guys did this test though. That's why im overthinking a lot.
I've been to the doctors and I had an ultrasound done with a caverject injection to measure the flow of blood and my inflow is good, however, I apparently have a slight venous leakage from one of the veins in my penis. There is no reason for it as Im 21 and otherwise healthy active young man. I've been going to the gym regularly since the age of 14, very rarely do I drink alcohol and don't smoke anything. So I'm not sure if it's the actual venous leakage or pied. Because without medication it's pretty much impossible to have penetrative sex.
