I was addicted to porn since i was 14 (i think), but till 19 i've had really good sexual experience, I was one of that guys that had a really short refractory period, achieve an erection was so easy like lift a finger and was really stiff.
As I've said PIED start to kick in at 19, at first giving me problems to make sex the second time, and after I was unable to keep an erection at all.
I've start panicking a lot, I've make a rush to join some specialist, some of them said that everything was normal, one other give me a rigiscan test and a eco color doppler and said that I maybe have some venous leak issues and my penile right artery give not enought blood supply, but no one of that specialist (me neither at the time) was supposed that i suffered PMO.
I've passed worst time of my life paniking and freaking out for one year and half, trying cialis and levitra without any good effect!! And at time when PIED show up I was in a relation, but by myself I've started to giving up porn and having longer and longer streak and my erection qualities keep getting better.
Now I'm able to perform good sex with my girlfriend (another one), with a very good erections, and also able to give her more round without any farmacological hep, but still PMO somethimes (i have 2 month streak per time) and I'm not so good in MW as before and I struggle to achieve and keep an erection when i masturbate alone.
Sometimes also depression occours, but nothing like before ( I was suicidal).
Btw i think that porn relate sexual problems can give false positive also in color doppler test, otherwise if it's true that i have venous leak was impossible to achieve any kind of good erection.
