Is it pied or varicocele

I have all the symptoms of pied. Slowly prgressing but I know it shouldnt affect me but some people report that varicocele lower testosterone and can cause ED and Im scared if it might affect me and if it is varicocele and not PIED.
Have left testicle varicocele. It can be felt but it isnt too big. My last testosterone test was off the charts high but it was months ago. Im scared that it will lower down.
