Can smoking slow down the reboot?

I've wondered because I've been fighting my addiction with another addiction I'm wishing to quit to but can be harsh too sometimes.

So I know smoking and all is bad in general but does it actually influence my reboot?

I'm really curious so if anyone knows please do share!

Great question I've been smoking cigarettes to take the edge off from time to time so I'm also kind of curious.

As someone who has never smoked on a regular basis, take my advice with a grain of salt. However, if I were I'd try to use the previously spent on watching porn/smoking on something more substantial (e.g. reading a book, watching online lectures etc.). Trading one addiction for the other might not be the best idea.

Have been wondering about the same thing. Actually, today is the first day in over a decade I didn't buy a pack.

no, smoking will not play any role in your reboot. treat it as a separate issue. once you start tangling all this stuff together then that's when the real problems begin and you start to lose focus and start blaming yourself for all the bad decisions that you think you are making...and it goes on and on.

It only affects the strength and size of your erection. Smoking does damage your blood vessels. Therefore, a bad blood flow means a weaker erection.

Anything that affects your blood vessels will affect your erection. Going back to your question, it doesn't slow down the reboot, but you can see better results if you smoked less.

Since yesterday I actively stopped smoking.
First day was tough but today is going just fine.

If you guys want me to post if (pmo) urges get any worse or stay the same let me know then I'll post it here or/and in my journal.
