Sorry about the whole not being able to have kids thing. That sucks. I'm not sure there's a need to give up entirely on women. In this day and age there will always be some not interested in having kids. From what you wrote it seemed to me that you gave some pretty good reasons for doing this besides doing it just for women. I guess ultimately it comes down to a decision about what kind life you want to lead and what version of yourself you believe is best worth pursuing. I hope you'll be able to answer those questions for yourself.

I'm not sure that I can agree with your logic. Not masturbating or using porn improves much in life. I haven't in nearly two years and it's made my outlook, my attention span better and my overall sense of well-being has improved. This journey is certainly good for spouses of the men involved, but it's also very good for you as a person.

This is about a lot more than fixing ED or saving a relationship, it's about making the most of yourself.
