It's never too late!

Hi everyone my name is Fath Allah (فتح الله in Arabic). I'm 22 from Morocco and I struggle with porn addiction since my adolescence.
I began my recovery since 2020 (during the pandemic) but with no results. I always crave watching porn even after 15 days without consuming it.
But this month (08/2022) I have a strong feeling that I will quite this distractive habit.
Since I'm religious, I'm using prayer as an alternative and it helped me to:​

• focus on myself ;​
• regain my self-esteem ;​
• rebuild my confidence.​

It's been a week now and I'm feeling really good about my progress.
To everyone struggling like me: stay strong and hopeful.
