Turning 40 This year and still PMO

I've found this site through search as I think my condition is getting worse over time. Let me start my story
PG slot
I started P mag since I was 12 years old and started to PMO since then. During my school time, and during summer break, I remember doing it for more than 5 times a day. There was one time that I was caught by the house keeper that our family hired and that was extremely embarrassing. However, I kept doing PMO every single day and got addicted to it until the present day.

At my early 30s, I started to think that it's not healthy, with the earnings from businesses and after discussed with closed friends, I turned to pay for escort service every week of which I thought it would help, but after every single service, when home, I do PMO again (every single time).

From 30-40 this year, I do heavy weight lifting, especially leg muscle building, which has been in good health but worsen in PMO ( since I believe that it increase testosterone).

I've read many posts before writing my own here. I believe that it would definitely help.

You are making a good decision for your own health. From my own experience, this whole struggle is not really "don't look at porn" or "don't masturbate." It's really: become a self-controlled person, not one controlled by the moment. And that's a big challenge, and one that everyone (even people who don't struggle with PMO) has to work on for their entire life.

So, you (and me, and us) are not weird. Some people struggle with alcohol, or obesity, or temper. We struggle with porn. And we struggle with being in control of ourselves, just as everyone else does.

I think saying it out loud, even on an online forum, is the hardest step. Once it's publicly known, it's much easier to face it and control it. Good job and keep fighting, no matter how many times you get knocked down.
