Hi Guys, I am a male in late 30s and I am experiencing ED post COVID. Until Covid I was masturbating to porn regularly, that's 2-3 times a day in my 20s and early 30s but after 35 its one time per day during week and weekends 2 times per day. Also, was able to perform sexually when opportunities presented but had issues being erect during intercourse (especially when I find the girl very pretty) So I did use viagra those few times and it worked very well. Also, I would get morning wood pretty regularly (3-4 times per week).
Everything changed about 4 months ago when I got Covid (was fully vaccinated and had booster) and it was moderate infection which took 15 days to recover but cough continued up to 1.5 months. I lost my morning wood altogether and when I masturbated to porn or otherwise, I couldn't get fully erect all the time, maybe 70% of time I could get erect and even those felt 80% strength, and would lose it if I stop stimulation. It was same with real women, I read covid symptoms take time to recover so I was waiting.
But around 4 months, the erections got lesser and weaker (60% percent erections and strength reduced from 80% to 60%). I went to see the doctor and he said we will do tests and recommended Cialis 2.5 mg daily dose and the 1st day it worked very well with full erections with slight touch or seeing images.
I was very happy and a little relieved with this after 4 months, and decided to go to gym for work outs. I go to the gym and worked out 2 hours, but unfortunately next day I got covid again with milder symptoms, but continued with the Cialis daily.
My erections even with Cialis were not there as day1, it was again 60% erections, 50%-60% strength and I lose it if I stop the stimulation. I recovered from Covid in 3 days and now even with Cialis daily (i increased to 5 mg) I can get erect only if I stimulate myself. Erections only 70% of time and not fully erect. Although, sometimes I get fully strong erections if I watch porn that I really like but again may reduce after 20-30 seconds and if stop stimulation it goes limp.
I got some morning woods after taking Cialis (1st time after 1st covid infection) but erections are not strong (60-70%) and only last 5-10 seconds intermittently when I am half asleep (after snoozes).
I really am looking to see if anyone else experienced Covid and ED after it. Or if there are experts on here who think it could be porn induced to some extent that could be reversed or at least regain some of the erections I could use it in real situations.

I posted my question on reddit subreddits, sexual health and urology and only got one response saying wait and watch. And the ED subreddit banned my question saying it was misinformation. I appreciate your support and answers here.
Thanks

Can Covid Lead to Impotence?
Some studies find higher rates of erectile dysfunction among men recovering from the illness. But other factors related to the pandemic, like heightened anxiety, may also be to blame.
