hi everyone, am mwemwezi. my first time to watch p i was 12 years old but i didn't know what it was by then and it never affected me. during my studies in secondary and high school i was really busy with studies p did affect andd had no time to watch it. but after enter college things changed a start watch p and mastubate the was no effect in my life until watch porn become a habit ,more than 5 times a week. at that point my life changed and everything collapsed with it i started i having social anxiety, loss of self esteem i struggled with that until i finished college.i tried to quit one time i made it to 1month then i relapsed . but this year i made i commit to my self to quit p but i end relapsed after 90 days. please i need help and mentor to help through my jane to freedom
