Should I have sex during my PIED?

I started reboot for more 60 days. Should I have sex?

If you’re physically able to have sex. I say go with it. Rewire as quickly as possible. Sex with a screen is much different than sex with a person. You’ll be fine

it really depends on several factors buddy but you gotta give us some more details here. If orgasms are likely to send you into a chaser effect searching for more extreme pleasure, then i would say be sure not to orgasm. real sex is nothing like the drug of pornographic novelty so many times (for me at least) sex sent me into a tailspin of seeking a stronger high. It was like eating a piece of fruit after only consuming junkfood non stop. it tasted like crap

Actually you bring up a good point about withholding orgasm. When my wife and I were Rewiring that’s what did the trick. We would fool around. No expectation of erection. If I got hard I would penetrate. The one rule was that I was not allowed to cum.
Did that a time or two….worked like a charm to get things kind of working normally again.

makes sense, TH. thats part of the "rewiring" phase of things i suppose. and just like Gabe and others have suggested form their own experiences, avoiding the orgasm for at least a good while and rewiring was key in their recovery
