Hello everyone, this is my first day ..... I get to know about the forum from a friend. I am from India. My age is 21 but I feel like 35+
. I tried stopping my addictive habit of relapsing but after some days I again go back to level zero. I just relapsed and then I felt guilty and joined the forum with hope and commitment to myself to quit this addiction of watching porn and masturbating. After days and years of masturbation, I have become lethargic and fat. I used to be a really active guy and always indulge in sports but now I don't enjoy the same stuff ...... I don't even feel horny anymore but I masturbate just to get some fun in my life. This one habit had a compounding disastrous effect on my mental and physical health. In addition to this, I also lost my self-confidence and energy to fight back. Now I joined this forum with the hope and strong willpower to quit this habit and become better than who I used to be.
